Zola Insulation Panel E.I.F.S is an exterior cladding system composed of an adhesively or mechanically fixing foam insulation board, reinforce fibre mesh, acrylic mortar base and an outer finish coat, E.I.F.S is also popular because it acts as a great insulator and offering multidesign flexibility. E.I.F.S added to the "R-Value" of a home or building. (R-Value is a measurement of the resistance to heat flow; higher the R-Value, the better materials insulating value) Most E.I.F.S use the insulation board with an R-Value of R-4 to R-6 per inch as the inner most layer in the wall system. When combined with standard wall cavity insulation, this extra layer can boost wall insulation from R-11 to R-16 or more.

1.	The mixture of Zola Mortar is used as a key mortar between concrete surface and Zola Insulation Panel, which has a secure bonding adhesion.
2.	Along with datum lines for the surface level, Zola Insulation Panel with key mortars is installed cautiously.
3.	The mixture of Zola Mortar is applied with steel trowel as a surface treatment and a bed for Zola RFM mesh.
4.	When the applied Zola Mortar Mixture is wet, Zola RFM Mesh is inserted into the wet layer of Zola Mortar with trowel.
5.	Draw the surface of Zola RFM Mesh with trowel. Then, Zola Mortar might cover the RFM Mesh evently. If Zola RFM Mesh is still appeared, add more mixture of Zola Mortar.
6.	Thickness of Zola RFM Mesh can lead to make even thickness with the mixture of Zola Mortar. Try to achieved flat surface as much as possible without the appearance of Zola RFM Mesh.
7.	Apply the Zola water based finish coat. Zola Coat is designed with the system which might be easy to cover small unevenness and make a flat finish.
8.	Completion of System that has ideal insulation way of any building (outside insulation) and beauty finish without crack efflorescence, gap,etc. caused by substrate.
